Marlys M. Redinger 80, of Belle Fourche, SD died Monday, October 31, 2022, at her home.

Marlys Mildred (Lester) Redinger, daughter of the late Kenneth and Mildred (Merkamp) Lester, was born on November 29, 1941, in Deadwood, SD.  She married Harry Wayne Redinger on April 10, 1957, in Sturgis, SD.  Marlys was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church.

Thankful for having shared her life are her children, Harry Ray (DeAnn) Redinger of Buffalo, WY, Kathleen (Michael) Smith of Lake Norden, SD, Rhonda (Stanley) Greene of Battle Ground, WA, Verdeen (Marlon) Williamson of Duluth, MN, Sherry (Archie) McDaniels, Brush Prairie, WA, June (Scott) Smith of Lake Norden, SD, Angie Heidegger of Havana, IL and Kenneth (Deanna) Redinger of Rozet, WY; two brothers, Kenneth (Theresa) Lester and Marvin (Mary) Lester of Beaver Dam, AZ; one sister, Darleen (John) Thacker of St. Onge, SD; many grandchildren, many many great-grandchildren, a few great-great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Marlys was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter Rhonda and four grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 6:30 pm Wednesday, November 2 at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Spearfish.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at the church.
