William Floyd Palmer, 91, of Spearfish, SD, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024, at Garden Hills Assisted Living in Spearfish.

A committal service will be held at 1:30pm, on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.

Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels and Isburg Crematory of Spearfish.
