Violet Adella Livesey, 81 of Spearfish died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Belle Fourche Heath Care Center.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00P.M., Monday, April 16, 2012 at Black Hills National Cemetery.
Violet was born October 19, 1930 to Axel and Adella Arnell in Bowman, ND. She received her education in Bowman. Violet married Fred Lemke, to this union a son and daughter were born. Violet later married Ellis W. Livesey, which two sons were born, Robert and Richard Livesey. The couple made their home in Baker, MT, where Violet was president of the American Legion Auxiliary and taught bible school at the American Lutheran Church. Violet and Ellis moved to Custer, SD in 1985, following her husband's death she moved to Spearfish in 1997.
She is survived by three sons; Jeff (Wanda) Lemke, Richard Livesey and Robert Livesey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter.
