IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Twylah M.
Redinger
July 15, 1940 – March 22, 2026
Visitation
Funeral Service
Twylah Maureen (Prouty) Redinger, 85, of Spearfish, gained her heavenly reward on March 22, 2026, at Peaceful Pines Senior Living Center. She was born on July 15, 1940, in Vancouver, WA to Forde and Florence (Isaacson) Prouty. She grew up on the West Coast, and attended school in Vancouver, WA. She married Daryl E. Redinger on September 7, 1958, in Brush Prairie, WA. They raised their family in Deadwood, SD. They had seven children, and she was a loving, faithful, dedicated wife and mother who was a good example in teaching her children true and living Christianity. She often said she wanted to be a penitent sinner and beggar of grace, trusting in Jesus’ redemptive work where she received forgiveness for her sins, as founded in the true doctrine in the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church and confirmed by the Holy Bible. Thanks and honor to God for the years of her sacrifice and care and being a faithful serving maid on behalf of the Christianity.
She is survived by her children Twylah Marie (Timothy) Cichosz, Patrick (Patricia) Redinger, Doris Barnes, Ruth Lafontaine, Loren (Tamara) Redinger, Sandra (Anthoney) Jaworski, and Lance (Catherine) Redinger, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by three brothers, Myron Prouty, Gene Prouty, and Norman Prouty, and one sister, Karen Chamberlin. She was proceeded in death by her parents, one brother, Merle Prouty, grandsons Jared Redinger and Alex Lafontaine.
Services will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Spearfish. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the church. Burial will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels and Isburg Crematory of Spearfish. Online condolences may be written at www.fidler-isburgfuneralchapels.com
