Susan Polley, 63, Spearfish, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Susan was born July 1, 1949 to Norman Nelson and Elizabeth (Brewer) Nelson in Phoenix, Arizona.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Polley, Spearfish; son, Adam (Trista) Polley, Spearfish; stepchildren, Justin (Kayo) Polley and Jason(Michelle) Polley, both of Seattle, WA and Beth Fitzgerald, Gold Canyon, AZ; father, Norman Nelson of Arizona; two brothers, Chris of Ohio and Norman "Bud" Jr., and four sisters, Betsy, Maggie and Linda all of Arizona and Gail of Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Graveside farewell will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at Rose Hill Cemetery, Spearfish, South Dakota. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are under the care of Isburg Funeral Chapels & Crematory Service of Spearfish.
