Obituary
Sheila Rae Hofer, 37 of Black Hawk, SD passed away Thursday, March 18, 2010 at her home.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Sheila was born February 22, 1973 at Rapid City, SD to Marvin Dean Hofer and Connie (Leafgreen) Kiplinger. She graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 1991. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed the outdoors. She loved to read, cook and anything to do with being creative and working with her hands.
Survivors include her mother and step-father Connie and John Kiplinger, Sundance, WY; father Dean Hofer, Pierre SD; brothers Dan Hofer, Sturgis SD and Billy Hofer, Pierre, SD; Lifepartner Tammy Jackson and the two daughters they shared Hailey and Hannah Flynn; grandfather and step-grandmother, Bud and Joyce Leafgreen, Pierre SD.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Mildred Leafgreen and paternal grandparents, Jacob and Edna Hofer.
Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel of Sundance, Wyoming.
