Obituary
Sharon Donna Williamson, 48, Lead died, Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Lead-Deadwood Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Assembly of God Church in Lead with Pastor Paul Thompson officiating. Burial will take place at Sunset Cemetery in Saint Onge.
Sharon was born September 18, 1961 to Lloyd and Donna (Herren) Brien in Deadwood SD. She graduated from Lead High School in 1979. Sharon had worked for the Homestake Mining company just after graduating from high school. She attended Black Hills State University for a short time. Sharon was married to Terry Wells and to this union a daughter Sarah was born. Sharon's husband Terry passed away in1988. Sharon worked for Burger King in Lead for many years as an assistant manger and then went to work in Deadwood as a gaming cashier for 10 years. Sharon met Kenny Williamson in 1992 and they dated for several years before they where united in marriage in 2005.
Sharon was a member of the Lead Assembly of God. She was blessed with 4 granchildren Jaredon, Taylor, Tristan and Caleb. She had talked about and enjoyed spending time with them every chance she got. Sharon enjoyed listening to her Christian music and reading from Gods word on a daily basis. She enjoyed her cats and dog they were treated like part of the family. Sharon touched so many people in so many different ways. She has an open and loving heart and had a great love for all animals. Sharon enjoyed life to the fullest and always found something good in everyone she met.
She is survived by her husband, Kenny Williamson of Lead, daughter Sarah Dosch of Belle Fourche; son Jacob Williamson of Sturgis; grandchildren Jaredon, Taylor, Tristan and Caleb; mother Donna Brien of Deadwood, three brothers Chuck Brien of Phoenix, AZ, Leonard Brien of Deadwood, Steve Brien of Hulett WY.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd and her first husband Terry.
