Ruth A. (Wallace) Fuller, 89 of Moorcroft, Wyoming and long time Crook County resident passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Dorsett Regional Senior Care in Spearfish.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 19, 2009 at the First Presbyterian Church in Moorcroft with Pastor Donovan Voigt officiating, burial will follow at the Moorcroft Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to benefit Dorsett Regional Senior Care in Spearfish, donations may be sent to; 1020 10th Street, Spearfish, SD 57783.

Ruth was born January 16, 1919 in Gillette, Wyoming to Thomas Perry and Ollie Mae (Vincent) Wallace. She was raised on the family ranch north of Rozet and attended Campbell County High School. She married Eugene Fuller on February 6, 1939 in Custer, SD. They made their home in Moorcroft where they raised their five children. Upon retirement they moved to Oklahoma where they lived until Eugene's death in 1996. She then returned to Moorcroft where she resided until 2006, when she entered Dorsett Regional Senior Care in Spearfish. Ruth was an excellent quilter and received various quilting awards. She was an avid walker and walked in the Bolder Boulder for three years. At age 82, she won 2nd place in her age category.

Ruth is survived by her five children; Sherrill (Don) Williams, LeRoy (Noralie) Fuller, Barbara (Ron) Schneider, Ronnie (Shirley) Fuller and Sandra (Gordon) Bonderson all of Moorcroft, Wyoming.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Fuller, two brothers, Lee (Katy) and Ted Wallace, sister, Jewell (Carl) Carlson and great-granddaughter, Hannah Fuller.
