Rose Pauline "Polly" Dansel Smith, 61 of Beulah, WY passed away at her home on November 11, 2015.

Polly was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on April 3, 1954 to James and Bonnie (Gustafson) Dansel. They moved to Rawlins, Wyoming when her father got a job with Nueman Transport. Polly went to Rawlins High School, graduating in 1972 and was active in Job's Daughters. She raised three daughters as a single mother until she married Robert Smith in 1992. The couple moved to Cheyenne in 1994 where she worked as a courtesy clerk for Albertsons. They retired in 2010 and moved to Beulah.

Polly was a Past Guardian for Job's Daughters Bethel 33 in Cheyenne and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband Robert, three daughters, two sisters and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and infant grandson.

Visitation will be from 4-6 PM on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel in Sundance. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Sundance. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery. Memorials have been established to benefit the Alzheimers Association and the Crook County Library Foundation.
