Rosalee Waugh, Sundance, WY passed away April 28, 2009 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY at the age of 31.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2009 at the Hulett Civic Center in Hulett, WY, with Pastor Jim Palus officiating, burial will follow at Alva Cemetery in Alva, WY.

Rosalee was born April 2, 1978 to Duane and Lillie Waugh. She was raised by her grandmother, Lois Waugh in Sundance, where she attended elementary and high school. Rosalee and Lois moved to Gillette, WY in 2005. She battled Crohn's Disease and other aliments her entire adult life, finally succumbing to these diseases on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Rosalee loved her family, children, music and her extended medical family. She was especially close to her grandmother and uncles, Steve and Lee Roy Waugh. To keep her illness from controlling her she trusted in the Lord to help her stay strong and she listened to music to get her through the pain. Rosalee will be missed immensely in the years ahead as we all have a special place in our hearts and memories that will be with us forever. As a family we know that we have an Angel in Heaven looking over us until we meet again.

Rosalee was preceded in death by her mother, great-grand father, Earl Wilson, grandfather, John Waugh and uncle, Steve Waugh.

She is survived by her grandmother, Lois Waugh, father, Duane Waugh, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
