Robert M Peterson, 72, of Spearfish, passed away on October 7, 2018 at his home following a brief illness.

Robert proudly served his county as a Navy Seaman in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged.

Robert is survived by his wife, Janice of Spearfish, daughter, Michele (Paul) Frankus of Sioux Falls, SD; son, Steven Peterson of Elk Point, SD; sisters, Janet (Randy) Amundson of Spearfish and Susan (Les) Borah of Dolton, SD; brother, Kevin (Kathy) Peterson of Windsor Locks, CT nieces, nephews, grandchildren and three step-daughters.
