Ricky Edward Clark, 67, of Deadwood SD, peacefully passed away on April 26th, 2025. Ricky was born on December 17th, 1957, in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin, the son of Ida Marie and Arthur Clark.

Ricky graduated from West Grant High School in Patch Grove, Wisconsin, in 1976. Ricky would shortly after marry the love of his life, Katie. Ricky worked in the logging industry but eventually would get a job at Design Homes. It wasn't until he started work for the city of Bagley in Wisconsin that he would find his passion and give 17 years to the community he cared about. He was an avid trapper and fisher and often participated in hunts for Ginseng. He enjoyed traveling and visited many places throughout the states. He appreciated the outdoors and always shared the great photos he would capture on the worst of cameras. Above all that, Ricky loved his family. Whether he showed his love with a warm embrace or by telling you something you didn't want to hear, but probably needed to hear, you know that he wanted what was best for you. Ricky was a role model and an inspiration to all that knew him.

Ricky leaves behind his children, Ricky (Melisa) Clark Jr., Jason (Tamara) Clark, Rachel (Bryon) Clark; uncles and aunts, Gary (Rita) Fuller, Eddie (Dorris) Fuller, Rex (Linda) Day; 11 grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cade, Teri, Ryan, Ricky III, Cambrie, Chloe, Trevor, MaryJane, Ahnia, and Rayla; four great grandchildren, Raina, Ocean, Troy, and Luke; nieces and nephews, Shannon, Crystal, and Katrina. Ricky was preceded in death by his wife, Katie; his mother and father, Arthur (Ida M.) Clark, and brother, Terry.

Services will be held at the American Legion Post #311 in Piedmont, SD, on May 9th, 2025, between the hours of 3 PM and 7 PM.

Cremation arrangements were under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels and Isburg Crematory of Spearfish.
