Richard Shane Keim was born March 14, 1981 in Omaha, NE. During his young life he lived several places before settling in Ponca City, OK. He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1999, and later attended Black Hills State University in Spearfish, where he was currently living.
Shane was an avid sports fan, participating in many, with hockey being his particular favorite. He had an enchanting smile, and was full of love and life. He had a habit of charming his way into people's hearts the moment he met them. He had dear friends all over the country, but the light of his life was his sweet wife Alison and precious daughter Briar Rose. As they became a family, there was nothing he loved more than being a husband and amazing father.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Lorrie Keim, his wife Alison and daughter Briar Rose, and his grandparents Mike and Dot Keim, all of Spearfish, his sister Danielle Turner and her husband Josh, his father-in law and mother-in –law, Alan and Regina Blair of Oklahoma City, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was loved by many and will always be in our hearts.
