Obituary

Richard "Frosty" Earl Fulk, 67, of Hulett, WY, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at Fort Meade Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Richard was born April 22, 1944 in Wheatland, WY, to Howard and Audrey (Graham) Fulk. He was raised in the Wheatland area, where he graduated from high school in 1963. After graduation, he entered the U.S. Army, serving in Germany from 1963 to 1967. After returning to the states he met and married Linda Kaiser in 1967. Together they later moved to Hulett, and later on to Gillette for a few years, before returning to Hulett after his wife's death. While living in Hulett he worked for Nieman Sawmill, driving truck and later worked ten years for the Wyoming Department of Transportation, doing road maintenance. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, his dogs and his Denver Broncos.
Richard is survived by his three children, Rick Fulk, Littleton, CO; Misty Fulk, Hulett; Craig Fulk, Belle Fourche, SD; sister, Donna Fulk; Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Amanda, Jennifer, MasLayla, Brandon, David, Ryan and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services for Richard will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Hulett City Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the Hulett Senior Citizen's Center.
