IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pamela
Brandt
December 31, 1963 – July 30, 2025
Pamela Marie Brandt, age 61, of Gillette, Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in Gillette.
Pamela was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to John and Elizabeth Acker. At the age of nine, her family relocated to Wilsall, Montana, where she spent her formative years and graduated from high school in 1982. Shortly after, she moved to Sheridan, Wyoming, where she met her first husband and welcomed her daughter, Renae Taylor, in 1984.
In 1995, Pamela and her family settled in Rozet, Wyoming. At the time of her passing, she was employed at D.A. Davidson, where she was known for her dedication and work ethic.
Pamela had a deep love for gardening and found joy in creating with her hands. Her craft room was a vibrant reflection of her creativity—filled with quilting fabrics, paints, and projects in progress. She approached each piece with care and imagination, leaving behind a legacy of handmade beauty.
She is survived by her daughter, Renae Taylor of Bozeman, Montana; her grandchildren, Dominick Argue and Alexie Davis, both of Gillette, Wyoming; her brother, Jerry Acker of Wilsall, Montana; her sisters, Kathlene (Greg) Kirk of Sundance Wyoming, and Cindy (Dale) Foster of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and her nephews, Jay Acker, John James Kirk, David Foster, and Doug Foster and niece, Allie Kirk. Pamela also leaves behind many cherished friends whose lives she touched with kindness and humor.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, John and Elizabeth Acker.
She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her artistic heart, and the love she gave to her family and friends.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date and will be held in Gillette, Wyoming.
"Shed not for her a bitter tear; Nor give the heart to vain regret.
Tis but the urn that lies here; the gem that fills it sparkles yet"
