Paddy Anderson, 88 of Spearfish SD, passed away, Friday, March 5, 2010, at Dorsett Regional Senior Care in Spearfish, SD.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Spearfish.

Paddy was born to Ike and Margaret (DeBoer) Gurdis on September 4, 1921, in Bruce, SD. Paddy graduated from Spearfish High School in 1939. She was a loving homemaker and worked in many places as a wonderful cook and housekeeper for many local residents. She married James Sherrill Lewis June 25, 1939. Sherrill passed away on December 12, 1950. Paddy married Norman Gustave Anderson April 1956. Norman passed away March 22, 1976.

Survivors include four sons; Stanley (Peggy) Lewis, of Hulett, WY; Wayne (Arlis) Lewis, of Rapid City, SD; David (Betty) Anderson, of Omaha, NE and Gary (Nadine) Anderson, of Whitewood, SD; nine grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels & Crematory Service of Spearfish.
