Norman Tracy Ellsbury, 52, died Thursday, June 18, 2009 at his home in Spearfish, SD.
Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish, burial will follow at Beulah Cemetery, Beulah, WY. In lieu of flowers memorials will be given to the Farrall Fire Zone Building Fund.
Norman was born on October 31, 1956 to Tracy and Margaret (Kokesh) Ellsbury in Deadwood, SD. He was raised on the family ranch near Sundance, WY. He attended school in Sundance, WY, graduating in 1975. He then attended Casper College. He returned to the family ranch and worked there until 2000 when he moved to Beulah, WY, and later to Spearfish, SD. He worked for a fencing company and was the owner of Black Hills Vinyl.
Norman especially enjoyed spending time visiting with family and friends. He enjoyed hunting, bowling and playing and watching sports.
Norman is survived by his parents, Tracy and Margaret Ellsbury of Sundance, WY, brother, David (Beth) Ellsbury of Sundance, WY, nephews; Levi, Morgan, Colter (Sarah) and niece, Whitney Ellsbury, and numerous aunts, one uncle and many cousins.
