Nikki L. Neiman, 49, of Hulett, WY, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Crook County Memorial Hospital in Sundance, WY.

Funeral services will be at 2:30PM on Friday, April 6, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church in Gillette, WY, with Pastor John Alsop officiating, burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette.

Nikki LeAnn Neiman (Carlson) was born to Roy and Doris Carlson on May 5, 1957 in Sheridan, WY. Nikki grew up in Gillette, WY, along with 2 brothers Ron and Mike who she completely adored and idolized, she became a big sister to her sweet little surprise Christy. Nikki was an avid animal lover and believed Heidi her dog was her protector. From a young age she was active in 4-H, rodeo, and cheerleading. Nikki attended the University of Wyoming, also Jackson Hole Art School then to Fashion Merchandise School in Long Beach, CA. She then worked in her family's store in Gillette before marrying the love of her life Kent Neiman on July 12, 1980. Out of this union came two beautiful sons, Ryan and Kasey. She was a devoted wife and mother for 26 plus years, her life revolved around her husband, sons and animals. Her sons were very active in sports and she was the Ultimate Team Mother. Nikki had an entrepreneur spirit she had many land and business ventures. She was a painstaking craftswoman who always kept an optimistic view and whose life goal was to make her home, family, and friends happy.

Nikki is survived by her husband Kent and son Ryan of Hulett, her mother Doris Stewart–Carlson, two brothers, Ron & (Connie) Carlson, Mike & (Mickie ) Carlson, one sweet little sister, Christy & (Jeff) Schomer all of Gillette Wyoming. Also many nieces and nephews, cousins and many many close friends.

Nikki was preceded in Death by her father Roy Wilbur Carlson and her son Kasey.
