Michelle L. Lewis, 46, Lead, SD died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Lead-Deadwood Regional Hospital in Deadwood.
A Celebration of Life for Michelle will be held at 4 PM, on Thursday, September 17 at the Buffalo-Bodega Complex in Deadwood.
Survivors include her husband; Brian Lewis and son; Tyler Faulkner.
