Michael J. Albert, 59, Spearfish, SD passed away June 12, 2014at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Mike married Sherry (Brossard) Deadrick, November 29, 1991 and they made their home in Spearfish until moving to Springdale, AR in 2001, then to Menahga, MN in 2010. When Mike became ill they moved back to Spearfish in June 2013, to be near family again.
Mike was a Journeyman Plumber for many years, working for various plumbing company's in the Northern Black Hills, and in Cody and Casper WY where he grew up. He was a commercial plumber during his years in Arkansas and was very proud of all the big jobs he accomplished. Mike loved to hunt in his earlier years and loved fishing in Minnesota.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sherry Albert; his son, Jacob (Tori) Albert Casper WY; step-sons, Lance Deadrick, Dickinson ND, Shannon (Briggette) Deadrick, Silver Springs NV; step-daughter, Cindy Deadrick (Keven) Crooks of Spearfish. Brother, Dale Albert (Dora) Arkadelphia, AR; sisters, Norma (Wayne) Howard, Sturgis, Carol (Mike) Howard, Casper, WY, and Sherri Adams of Sturgis, along with six step-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Barbara Albert of Spearfish.
Memorial Services for Mike will be at 10 AM, Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish, with Chaplain Randy Bradley, officiating. Inurnment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
