Mary Lou Bernard, 69 passed away on July 5th 2013, in Fort Collins, CO.
Mary Lou was born on July 1, 1944 to Chancey and Alice Hansen on the farm in Carter, SD, she was the 9th of 10 children. She married Larry Bernard on January 13, 1967 and together had 6 children, Tom, Tim, Marsha, Misti, Dusti and Brittnie. Marylou's greatest joy in life was being with her family.
She is survived by her children; Tom (Barb) Chadron, NE, Tim (Bonnie) Hot Springs, SD, Marsha (Sven) Annemore, WV, Misti (Rick) Fort Collins, CO, Dusti (John) Coolidge, AZ, Brittnie (Scott) Fort Collins, CO; 14 grandchildren;12 great grandchildren; also several honorary family members she loved as her own. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry, sister,Audrey, brothers, Leonard and Lewis.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 13th, 2013 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Spearfish, with a luncheon following at the Cedar House Restaurant.
Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels and Crematory Service of Spearfish.
