Obituary
Marvin J. Erickson, 76 of Spearfish died Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Private family memorial services are to be held.

Marvin was born January 17, 1932 to Rudolph and Ellen (Brosnahan) Erickson in Lead, SD. He graduated form Spearfish High School in 1950. He then attended South Dakota State University in Brookings graduating with a degree in Pharmacy in 1954. Marvin owned and operated Erickson Drug Store in Spearfish for many years and then worked as a relief pharmacist in the area for a number of years.
Marvin is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Ann Erickson of Spearfish, daughter, Susan (Danny Brooks) Erickson of Billings, MT, son, Stephen (Sue) Erickson of Worland, WY, sister, Connie (Ken) Burnham of Salina, KS, special cousin, Evelyn (Mike) Weaver of Belle Fourche and other cousins.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents.
