Obituary
Lola Ann (Tiensvold) Humbracht, 83 of Spearfish, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Belle Fourche Healthcare Center.
Lola was born on October 15, 1929 to Franklin and Opal Tiensvold in White Clay, NE. She grew up and graduated from high school in Rushville, NE. She married Dale Humbracht on June 4, 1950 in Camp Crook, SD. To this union four children were born, Lonnie, Lois, Terry and Leslie.
A large part of her life was dedicated to caring for her son, Terry, after a debilitating accident. She also worked as a school teacher, ranch wife, restaurant owner, a part of the hospital staff and a hospice volunteer.
Survivors include her children, Lonnie (Janie) of Spearfish, Lois (Larry) Lacaillade, of Vermont, Terry of Belle Fourche and Leslie (April) of Indiana; grandchildren, Lucas, Levi, Lacey, Landon and Liza; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers and a sister.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Mountain View Baptist Church in Spearfish. Memorials may be directed to the New Covenant Presbyterian Church or Hospice of the Northern Hills.
