Lois Marie Grant, 84, Hulett, Wyoming died Monday, April 2, 2007 at Rapid City Regional Hospital, Rapid City, SD.

Graveside memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 6, 2007 at the Hulett Cemetery, with Pastor Larry Kellner officiating.

A memorial has been established to benefit the Hulett Ambulance Service.

Lois was born August 14, 1922 to Clyde and Hester (Allen) Lemrick in Missouri. She moved with her family to Crook County in the late 1920's. She attended country school and later Hulett High School. Lois married Herbert Grant on December 23, 1939 in Sundance, Wyoming. The couple moved to their home on New Haven Road in the early 1940's, where they have lived since. She enjoyed making quilts for her grandchildren, cooking and hunting for rocks and petrified wood with her family.

Lois is survived by her husband, Herbert Grant, Hulett, WY, two sons, Gaylin (Becky) Grant, Dallas, TX and Jerry Grant, Lemon, SD, two daughters, Zella (Don) Schwartzkopf, Sheridan, WY and Doris (Noel) Page, Hulett, WY one brother, Jim Lemrick, Kentucky, two sisters, Thelma (Joe) Miller, Moorcroft, WY and Lola Gortz, Riverton, WY, numerous grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death one daughter, Gayle, five brothers; Hubert, Donald, Melvin, Cecil, and Howard and one sister, Margie Davis.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel of Sundance, Wyoming.
