Linda Jean Sejkora Sassman, 69 Gillette, WY, passed away at her home on August 7, 2016.

Linda was born in Pawnee City, Nebraska the spring of 1947 to Edwin and Marjory Sejkora. She graduated from Barneston High School in 1965. She went on to attend Nebraska Christian College from 1965-66 and later on to Lincoln General School of Nursing, where she received her R.N. degree. Linda spent her life taking care of others. She devoted 44 years working as R.N. and a lifetime of service in Christian ministry alongside her husband of 47 years, Lonnie Sassman of Storm Lake, Iowa. You could say, she cared for people mind, body, and soul. She enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening, watching movies with her husband, reading, and traveling to visit her 4 children and 15 grandchildren. Most of all she loved Jesus and wanted to share His love with others.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Family Life Church in Gillette.
