Kenneth "Kenny" R. Schroeder, 53, died Wednesday, November 14th 2007 at his home in Spearfish, SD.

Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M., Tuesday, November 20th 2007 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels in Spearfish.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 21st 2007 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Spearfish with Pastor Ken Fouty officiating, burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Spearfish.

Ken was born January 3, 1954 to Ralph and Betty (Pederson) Schroeder in Winner, SD. He attended school in Winner and graduated from Winner High School. After graduation Ken worked for various construction companies. He married Pam Bailey on May 16th 1981 in Belle Fourche, SD. The couple moved around for a few years before making their home in Spearfish. Ken owned and operated a construction company for the past thirteen years. When not working, Ken enjoyed four-wheeling, hunting and camping with family and friends.

Ken is survived by his wife, Pam Schroeder, three children; Erin, Allen and Jessica Schroeder all of Spearfish. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Schroeder of Winner, SD, siblings: Gary (Judy) Schroeder of Corona, CA, Neil (Linda) Schroeder of Winner, SD, Leo Schroeder of Sheridan, WY, Bev (Steve) Parezo of Sioux Falls, SD, Gayle (Dennis) Hamilton of Waukesha, WI, Diane (Dennis) Neyens of Long Valley, SD and Curt Schroeder of Winner, SD.

Ken was preceded in death by his father and one brother, James.
