Kenneth Pascoe, 98, of Spearfish SD, passed away on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at Edgewood Vista Assisted Living in Spearfish.

He was born October 29th, 1925 at his family's farmhouse west of Spearfish. He spent his entire life in Spearfish except for his time in the army. He was a WW2 Veteran entering the Army in January of 1945. He was a member of the 6th Army in the Pacific.  After the surrender of Japan, he was part of the occupying forces in Japan until his discharge in 1946.

He was married to his wife Lola for 74 years.  He lived and worked on the family farm/dairy most of his life.  He was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed fishing and camping.

He was survived by his wife Lola, his son Mike (Janice) Pascoe of Rochester MN, grandson Alex, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Clarence and Mabel Pascoe, and his sister Betty (Vern) Schleuning.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 19th from 9:30-10:30 am at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Home in Spearfish. At 10:30 am a procession will leave for Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis for an 11:30 am burial. A memorial has been established to the Spearfish Veterans Monument.
