June Jones, 77 of Spearfish passed away, Saturday, November 21, 2009 at her home in Spearfish, SD, after a courageous battle with cancer. God truly received a treasure.

Family services will be held at a later date.

June was born June 22, 1932 to Raymond and Ester (Cessna) Bergstrom in McIntosh, SD. She married Harvey "Bud" Jones. She worked as a nurse's aide for many years. She later retired and moved to Spearfish.

Survivors include, three children; Leonard Jones (Patsy Gaetano), Leon Jones and Mary Jones, her siblings; Edna Vogal of ND, Laura Spiers of SD, Mildred Schaneman of NE, Janette Christman of SD, Ellowene (Rennie) Mimmix of Ok, Don Bergstrom of ND, Holy Bergstrom of ND, Arnold (Mickey) Bergstrom, SD, Norman Bergstrom, SD and Carol Eckhart of SD.

June was preceded in death by three brothers; Dale, Marvin and Lyle Bergstrom, one sister, Violet Bergstrom, her husband, Harvey "Bud" Jones and son, Raymond Guy Jones.
