Joyce M. Kluthe, 75, Spearfish, SD died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at her home.
Joyce was born on August 17, 1939 to Joseph and Loretta (Weins) Wermers in Mitchell, SD. She graduated from St Patrick Catholic High School in Lead. She married James Kluthe on October 29, 1957 at St. Patrick.
Joyce loved, bowling, gardening, playing bingo, fishing and her family meant the world to her.
She is survived by her children William (Carol) Kluthe, Belle Fourche, SD , Tina (Monty) Stabnow, Black Hawk, SD and Clay (Carrie) Kluthe, Columbus, MT; grandchildren, Melissa (Zach) Perrigo, Aberdeen, SD, Shawna Kluthe, Billings, MT, Tara (Chris) Richardson, Sherwood, AR, Stacey (Casey) Noren, Spearfish, Dustin Kluthe, Bozeman, MT, Ethan Kluthe, Columbus, MT; seven great-grandchildren; five brothers, Marvin Wermers, Pat (Roxie) Wermers, Terry (Joy) Wermers, Allan Wermers and Neal Wermers; three sisters, Shirley ( Fred) Byrom, Patricia ( Bill) Robinson and Barb Biel and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; sisters, Phyllis, Doris, Elaine, and Linda; brothers-in-law, Terry, Earl and Wayne; sisters-in-law, Kay and Alice (Sam); grandson, James Lyle and nephews, Jon and Billy Joe.
Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on July 29, 2015 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Lead. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to benefit Northern Hills Hospice.
