Obituary
Joe Racich, 48, of Lead, SD, died Friday, January 11th 2008 at his home in Lead.
Memorial services will be at 1:30 on Friday, January 18th 2008 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish, with Pastor Gordon Higgins officiating.
Joe was born on May 9th 1959 to Paul and Mary (Eixenberger) Racich in Lead. He graduated from Lead High School in 1978 and attended automotive school for a short time He held various positions with Lawrence County and Wharf Resources. Joe enjoyed jungle volleyball with his friends and loved four wheeling. Joe was also an avid Nascar fan as well as football.
Joe is survived by his son Tyson Racich of Spring Branch, TX, his fiancé Lanae Campbell and her son, Michael McNulty of Lead, and three sisters; Nancy (Mike) McColley of Spearfish, Diane Wagner of PA, and Susie (Paul) Holzhauer of Boulder, CO.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents and one brother-in-law, Tom Wagner.
