Janet K. Siebert,  age 88, died quietly at the Spearfish Canyon Healthcare Center on November 17, 2022 with her husband at her bedside holding her hand.

In keeping with her last wishes, there will be no viewing, services, or funeral.  Instead, she will be directly cremated and her ashes retained by her husband of 63 years.  Upon his death, their ashes will be co-mingled and scattered at their favorite location in the Black Hills.
