James D. Foskett Jr., 73, passed away on August 8, 2025. Born on April 12, 1952, in Elk Grove, CA, he lived a life marked by hard work, quiet strength, and steadfast dedication to those around him.

Known for being reserved and sometimes a little grumpy, he was also incredibly smart and hardworking—qualities that shaped both his family life and his long career. In his professional life, he earned the respect and admiration of his employees and colleagues, many of whom looked up to him not only as a leader but also as an example of integrity and perseverance.

At home, he was a man of few words, but his love for family was always evident. He is survived by his wife Linda Foskett and their three children Troy McMahon, Lacy Foskett, and Travis Foskett. He also left behind four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He will be remembered with love and gratitude by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
