Ivan is survived by his wife; Ursula Polyakov, Lead, daughter; Sina Polyakov, Fort Collins, CO, grandchildren; Peter Jones, Greeley, CO, Stephanie Swanson, Fort Collins, CO.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
