Hayden A. Kotke, 12 days, Lead, died Friday, July 26, 2013 at Lead-Deadwood Regional Hospital in Deadwood. He was born in Spearfish, July 14, 2013 to Summer Kotke and Nicholas Thomsen.
Survivors include his parents; Summer Kotke and Nicholas Thomsen, both of Lead, grandparents; Virginia and Vincent Potter, Lead, Caryn Clinton, Rapid City and Steven Thomsen, Boise, ID.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the Lead-Deadwood Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Mark Phillips, officiating.
