Harold Adkins, 85 of Sturgis, passed away on October 31, 2013 at the Fort Meade Veterans Hospice Unit with his loving family by his side. Our dad has peacefully left this earth to be greeted into the arms of Jesus and to reunite with his beautiful bride of 65 years.

Harold left behind with all his love and beautiful memories, five children, one son, William (Joanne) Adkins of Cody, WY, four daughters; Norma (David) Tesch of Sturgis, Connie (Paul) Kindsfater of Belle Fourche, Susan (Tim) Pinske of Fulton, SD and Laurie Adkins and special friend Shane Heydon of Galena, SD, 15 grandchildren; Shelly, Corrie, Michael, Kass, Jered, Roy, Hilary, Erin, Josh, Meghan, Caitlin, Heath, Alisha, Kristie, Chad; 23 ½ great-grandchildren and his sister, Opal (Alan) Terveen of Emery, SD.
