Geneal Rose (Olson) Lipp, 88 passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024, at Edgewood Assistant Living Facility in Spearfish SD. From a struggle with Cancer. Geneal was born on April 27,1936 to Harry and Alma Olson in Pringle SD.  She was raised in Custer SD where she met her beloved late husband, Leo Lipp.

Together they moved to Lead SD in the 1960s where they raised their family.  Geneal was active in the Women's Union Auxiliary, the Women's card club, and she was an avid bowler.

Geneal is preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, 4 sisters along with her beloved husband Leo Lipp, her son Robert (Mike) Slider, Daughter Juanita Lipp, Son Troy Lipp. Geneal is survived by her son Tim Lipp, Daughter Rhonda (Matthew) DeBello, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Mountain Lawn Cemetery near Lead, SD.

Arrangements are under the care of Lead-Deadwood Memorial Chapel in Lead, SD.
