Florence (Jensen) Feterl, 91, Lead, died on July 22, 2014. Florence was born on March 3, 1923 in Sioux Falls to Hans and Mary Jensen. At age two her mother passed and she was raised by Gregor and Susie Roling in Salem.

Florence married Leonard "Butch" Feterl on April 15, 1947. To this union ten children were born: Bill (Roxie) Feterl, Sturgis, Judy Feterl, Mary (Myron) Bieber, Sioux Falls, Mike (Diane) Feterl, Lincoln, NE, Jerry (Ronda) Feterl, Deadwood, Marcia (Vince) Case, Douglas, WY, Susan (Rodney) Fischer, Lead, Patrice (Bruce) Hockings, Maple Grove, MN, Greg (Michelle) Feterl, Belle Fourche, Dennis (Noreen) Feterl, Sioux Falls.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, her 21 grandchildren: Pam (Jejuan) Webb, Brian Bieber, Denise (Rick) McGrath, Mitchell Feterl, Marshall and Grant Feterl, Aaron (Alexis) Feterl, Bryant and Breynn Feterl, Carmelle (Brett) Adams-Case, Shaina Case, Judy and James Fischer, Thea, Isaiah, and Jaden Feterl, Ellery (Sharon) Grey, Nicholas (Katy) Grey, Angela (Scott) Gulbranson, Amber (Martin) Kroetch, Nicholas Weinert; 18 great grandchildren; brother, Lloyd Roling, Salem, SD; and five sisters-in-law, Marie (Ivo) Weber, Bridgewater, SD, Jean Feterl (Myrna), Hartford, MI, Audrey (Bernie) Feterl, Rapid City and Judy (John) Feterl, Charleston, IL. Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Butch; daughter, Judy; parents; brother, Harold Jensen and sisters, Catherine Chamberlain and Toots Garry.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. on Friday, July 25, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Lead. Vigil will follow at 7:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 26 at the church. Graveside services will be at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, July 28 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. A memorial has been established to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in memory of Butch and Florence Feterl.

Arrangements are under the care of with the Lead-Deadwood Memorial Chapel in Lead.
