Donald "Skip" F. Singleton was born December 12, 1957, in Crook County to Robert and Amy Singleton. He died July 11, 2007 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital of a heart attack. Skip attended the Hulett School. While still a teenager, he moved to Gillette and began working in the oil fields.

In 1979, Skip married Sally Kelly, and with this beautiful bride came two lovely step-daughters, Chrystal and Angel. In 1981, a daughter, Amy Dawn, was born and was his greatest pride and joy. They lived in Gillette, and then moved to Texas where Skip continued to work in the oil field. After a few years, Skip returned to Gillette where he worked for his brother, Bill, as a roustabout in the oil field until his death.

Skip is survived by his mother, Amy Singleton-Collins (Steve) of Hulett, Grandmother Nettie Steckman of Hermosa, SD, one daughter, Amy Dawn Singleton of Abilene, TX, two step-daughters, Chrystal (Frank) Jaimes and Angel (Henry) Daniels of Mena, AR, three brothers; David (Florence) Singleton of Hulett, Bill (Sally) Singleton and Jon Singleton of Gillette, two sisters, Meri Hackett of Columbus, GA and Donna Singleton (Jake Tokarczyk) of Hulett, five step-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, four aunts and three uncles, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Bobby Singleton, Granddad Bob Steckman, Paternal Grandparents, Bob and Cora Singleton, his brother, Dale Singleton, nephew Bennie Singleton, and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 14, 2007 at the Hulett Civic Center in Hulett with Pastor Mark Jervis. Burial will follow at Moore Hill Cemetery near Hulett. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Memorials may be made to the Greater Hulett Community Center, Box 278, Hulett, WY 82720.
