Donald LeRoy Meyers, 69 of Sundance, WY died Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his home.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM, Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Fidler-Roberts and Isburg Funeral Chapel in Sundance.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Sundance United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to benefit the Sundance Rod and Gun Club and Treasured Memories Hospice.

Donald was born February 6, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Arthur and Elizabeth Meyers. He was raised and attended school in Chicago. Donald moved to Sundance in 1988. He was a member of the Boilermakers and Blacksmith Union. While in Sundance he was a member of the Sundance Rod and Gun Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Denny and Darrell Meyers, one sister, Debra Kozlowski and step-son, Peter Peterson.

Survivors include one daughter, Suzanne (Gary) Leclair of Cary, IL, two sons, Derrick and Jimmy Meyers both of Chicago, IL, two sister, Darlene (John) Offdenkamp of Sundance and Diana (Jim) Overland of Valparaiso, IN, one brother, Dean Meyers of Chicago, IL, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
