Clint Jay Rounds passed away in a motorcycle accident on July 19, 2025, at the age of 66.

Clint was born on November 28, 1958, in Belle Fourche, SD, to Flora May and Ronald Rounds. Eventually making their way to Creede, Colorado, Clint graduated with the class of 1977.

Clint enjoyed the outdoors, but above all, he was a race car and motorcycle enthusiast. Clint will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Rounds. Clint is survived by his mother, Flora May Cordova of Tucumcari, NM; his sister, ReNette Penning of Hulett, WY; brother, Donnie (Kindra) Rounds of Monte Vista, CO; brother, Larry (Char) Fairchild of Albuquerque, NM; and numerous nieces and nephews.
