Cheryl Lynn Larson, 36 of Sundance, Wyoming, passed away on February 5, 2011.
Memorial services will be at 11:00a.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Old High School Gymnasium in Sundance.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
Cheryl was born in Rosebud, South Dakota on February 4, 1975. She grew up in White River, South Dakota and attended school at White River School. Cheryl obtained her G.E.D. and her certification for Certified Nurses Assistant, CNA. Cheryl and Travis began their life together in White River, South Dakota before moving to Sundance, Wyoming in 1999, which they have made their home ever since.
Cheryl's love of family and friends was known by anyone that knew her. She was a very talented lady, and had numerous hobbies that kept her very busy. Cheryl loved participating in any outdoor activities. In the spring and summer, she could be found outside rock hunting and working in her many rock and flower beds. Cheryl spent many summer hours in the vegetable garden, and in the fall doing what she also loved- canning, cooking and many crafts. Cheryl loved butterflies and was always searching them out; the color purple was her favorite and always made her smile.
Cheryl is survived by her lifelong partner, Travis O'Brien, her three sons, Jesse Larson, 18; Trevor O'Brien, 13; Austin O'Brien, 12; her stepfather Alan Moran Sr.; two brothers, Allan Moran Jr. and Aaron Moran; two sisters, Shawree Moran and Moriah Moran, and many nieces and nephews.
Cheryl is preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Moran; infant brother, Gabrielle; infant sister, Allyson; and her grandparents, Ernest and Alice Larson.
Honorary pallbearers are all her family and friends.
