Obituary
Charles Smith, 47 of Pine Haven, WY passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 as a result of an automobile accident.
Survivors include his parents, Dan and Charleen Smith of Douglas; son, Dylan Smith (Paige Pamminga) of Dickinson, N.D.; daughters Ashley Smith (Joe Davis) and Dreana Catron (Will) and grandson Gabe of Las Vegas; girlfriend Elizabeth Buck of Pine Haven and her sons Adam Buck of Pine Haven, Matt Buck of Gillette and Justin Mutter of Fort Collins, Colo.; brother Kim Smith (Karen) of Nampa, Idaho; sister Dannette Cheney (Mike Woodruff) of Gold Canyon, Ariz.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life and inurnment will be held May 24 at 2 p.m. at the Black Hills National Cemetery, 20901 Pleasant Valley Dr. (along the interstate), in Sturgis, S.D.
Cars will be asked to line up at the Veteran's Park across the interstate by 1:30 p.m. so that we can enter the cemetery in a line.
A luncheon will be served by the Sturgis Women's Auxiliary following the ceremony at the Veteran's Club, located at 868 Main Street, in Sturgis.
