Carl Duane Cullum, 72 of Newcastle, WY, died Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Weston County Manor.
Carl was born July 11, 1940 to Winfield John and Helen Lois (Schulze) Cullum in Newcastle, WY. He attended Newcastle Schools for a time and then worked at several businesses in Newcastle. He later moved to Denver, CO and attended a training school called Renew. After that he moved to Sheridan, WY, where he was employed at the Sheridan Veterans Affairs Medical Center for 29 years. He retired from the VA in 1996. While living in Sheridan, he had many friends and co-workers. He loved playing bingo with friends and co-workers.
Carl is survived by his brother Virgil (Carol) Cullum, Newcastle, WY; sister, Linda (Harold) Morganflash, Piedmont, MO; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother George, infant sister Judy, and sisters, Sandra Miller and Lois Graham.
Funeral Services will be held at the Weston County Senior Center in Newcastle at 2:00 PM. Friday, November 23, 2012 with Bill Haley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
