Obituary

Camilla Sunich, 80 of Lead, was born on January 1, 1932, said good-bye late Friday, March 9th at her home in Lead. She struggled with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease for many years.

Camilla is survived by her brother, Guy (Kay ) Virkula, Deer Mountain; daughter, Kellie (Ray) Winsel, Rapid City; son, Michael Sunich, Whitetail Gulch; granddaughters, Samantha Lipp, Spearfish; Jamie Lipp, Platteville, CO; great-granddaughter, Justice Mack, Spearfish; nieces and nephews, Sheree (Ron) Green, Deadwood; Andy (Gayle) Kalmbach, Rapid City; Kim (Rod) Davis, Deer Mountain; Garth (Theresa) Virkula, Rapid City.

Camilla was preceded in death by her husband Pete Sunich; parents, Edwin and Florence (Tripp) Virkula; sister, Ethel and Adolph Kalmbach; and mother-in-law, Nellie "Baba" Sunich.
A memorial will be established. Condolences may be sent to 100 Montana, Apt. #1, Lead, SD 57754.

At Camilla's request cremation has taken place and a private family burial will reunite Camilla with her husband at Holy Cross Cemetery later this spring.
