Obituary
Cal Dwayne Krininger, 66 of Spearfish, SD died suddenly on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
Cal was born to Frank and Carol Krininger on March 7, 1952 in Belle Fourche. Cal lived in Redfield and Custer before moving to Spearfish in 1996. He spent the last 22 years with Northern Hills Training Center.
Cal enjoyed many things in life such as spending time outdoors swinging in his hammock, taking in the fresh breeze coming through the hills, lying in the grass in Spearfish Park listening to the stream and he loved to eat at different places throughout the Black Hills.
Cal was a jokester and always the center of attention. Anyone who knew Cal would know he was around by the sound of his favorite items such as a shaker and gait belt. He had an infectious laugh and smile. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Cal leaves behind many people who were blessed to know him throughout his many years at NHTC.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
