Beverly Jean Moench was called home to her eternal rest on October 23, 2026.

She became a child of God through Holy Baptism on April 1, 1956, at the Baptist Church in Fort Dodge, IA, and renewed that covenant through the Rite of Confirmation on April 29, 1962, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge, IA. Her faith in Christ our Lord, her husband, children, and family were by far the most precious gifts she loved and treasured the most.

Bev is survived by her husband, Mervin; four children: Kirk (Tina) Moench, Paula (Doug) Vostad, Janelle Madsen, and Denise (Jim) Hunter; seven grandchildren: Kristan (Robert) Hudson, Curtis Vostad, Kaylee (Zaquary) Bostick, Dale (Justice) Madsen, Lacey Madsen, Cody Hunter and Carson (Jordan) Hunter; four step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and an abundance of other family members she was blessed to have shared her life with.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Edgewood Vista Assisted Living in Spearfish.
