Bernadette Lee, 48 of Spearfish passed away on January 16, 2024.

Bernadette was born at RAF Lakenheath Air Base in Suffolk, England on June 17, 1975, to Danny and Rosalind Lee.

Bernadette graduated from Sturgis Brown High School in 1993, where she served as one of the managers of the football team.  Bernadette attended Black Hills State University, graduating with a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology.

Bernadette was active at St Francis Catholic Church in Sturgis, SD assisting her mother in teaching religious classes.  When she moved to Spearfish, she became an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church as a Sacristan, Eucharistic Minister, and a Lector.  She also enjoyed holding bible studies.

Bernadette is survived by her parents, Danny and Rosalind Lee of Spearfish; three sisters, Maryann Frampton, Brookville, PA, Theresa Lee, Spearfish, and Danielle Pupple, Rapid City, SD; a brother, Shane Lee, Spearfish.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents and a niece.

You could not ask for a better daughter, sister or aunt.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Spearfish, with a rosary beginning at 9:00 AM.   Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Spearfish.
