Anna Bouzek, 90, Spearfish, SD died early Friday March 21, 2014.

Anna was born on October 9, 1923 in Highmore, SD. She was an RN for her entire working career working in Pierre at the hospital and for the State of SD, Deadwood Hospital, Sioux Valley Hospital, and St Marks in Salt Lake City.

She is survived by her nephews and niece, Gary (Carol) Erlandson, Jackie (Roy) Byrd, and Greg (Sandy) Erlandson and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
