Alice F. Clark, 90, of Spearfish, died Sunday, February 8, 2009 at Dorsett Regional Senior Care in Spearfish after a long illness with Alzheimer's Disease.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, February 13, 2009 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish with Pastor Dar Berkenpas officiating. Inurnment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.

Alice was born November 17, 1918 in Beverly, Massachusetts to Emory and Della (Edwards) Woodberry. She was raised and educated in Beverly. She moved to Santa Barbara, California while working as a nanny. While there she met and married Allen "Rocky" Clark in 1945 at Salinas, CA. The couple lived on both coasts while Allen was working, they settled in Spearfish after retirement to be near family.
Alice is survived by her husband Allen "Rocky" Clark of Spearfish, three daughters, Pamela Frasier and her child Ryan both of Spearfish, Sharyn (Gary) Crawford of Doniphan, MO and their children, Carrie of Ava, MO, and Tracy of Columbia, SC, Sheila (Jack) McKean of Sidney, MT and their children; John of Sturgis, Andy of Dryfork, WA, and Jennifer of Sidney, and ten great grandchildren.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, special aunts, Mary A. and Alice G. Woodberry and her uncle, Walter Cabot Woodberry, two brothers, Phillip and Prescot Woodberry and sister Elsie Bartlett.
