Obituary
Alfin Earl Aspleaf, Jr, 69, Deadwood, passed away Friday August 2, 2013 at his home.
He was born in Sioux City, IA on February 3, 1944 to Alfin (Apple) and Verna Aspleaf. He graduated from Central High School in Sioux City, IA. His career as a contractor took him to different states. He loved the mountains.
He is survived by his children Jody Wilson of Sioux Falls, SD; Troy Aspleaf of Anthon, IA; Dean (Angel) Aspleaf of Kendalville, IN and Tena (Jason) Welch of Elk Point, SD along with his siblings, Danny of Sioux City, IA; Cindy (Allen) Blanchard of Sheridan, WY; Candy Zook of Marion, IN; Kim (Dale) Friesen of Windom, MN; 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He will be missed.
A family memorial will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care of the Lead-Deadwood Memorial chapel in Lead.
